IMT Charter (Nuremberg)

Article 6(b) of the 1945 IMT Charter (Nuremberg) established jurisdiction of the Worldwide Navy Tribunal for Germany over, inter alia, “war crimes: namely, violations of the legal guidelines or customs of war”.
