Diaphragm Verify Valves use rubber flexing diaphragms to manage backward or reverse move. The self-centering flexible diaphragm disc is the working part of diaphragm test valve. The valve physique retains the disc centered over the seating space or sealing surface of the valve. The sealing surface is on the inlet facet of the test valve physique. It has a high-quality, clean surface that’s normally concave or curved again in direction of the inlet port. There may be an opening at its middle. Backward or reverse flow causes the flexible rubber disc to lie down across the curved sealing floor.
