Three-dimensional CFD simulations are carried out to research heat switch and fluid flow characteristics of two-row plain Tube and Fin heat exchanger utilizing FLUENT software program. Heat switch and pressure drop characteristics of the heat exchanger are investigated for Reynolds numbers starting from 330 to 7000. Mannequin geometry is created and finned aluminum tubing meshed through the use of GAMBIT software.
